Rave Green Run Race Info
Join your fellow Sounders FC fans at the 2019 Seattle Sounders FC Rave Green Run presented by CHI Franciscan. Located in Tukwila, WA – this flat and fun 5k gives runners an authentic Sounders FC experience as they run along Tukwila’s beautiful trails through Starfire Sports. The race ends at the Finish Line Festival presented by Dasani, where runners and spectators can enjoy refreshments, entertainment and awards.
All proceeds from the Rave Green Run benefit RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC. RAVE Foundation builds small fields for free play and uses soccer as a vehicle to inspire youth and strengthen communities.

5K Course - 10:00 AM Start
The Seattle Sounders FC Rave Green Run presented by CHI Franciscan starts and finishes at the intersection of Baker Blvd and Christensen Road in Tukwila, WA. Runners head North and follow the Green River trail to Starfire Sports, where they run on the trail surrounding multiple soccer fields where teams are at play and down a slight hill to the entrance to Seattle Sounders FC's exclusive practice fields. Runners head back on the trail going North where they cross a bridge as they exit the Starfire campus. Soon they turn left and head to Interuban Ave, where they will run South and join the trail again - leading back where they started to cross the finish line and enjoy the Finish Line Festival presented by Dasani.

Friday, September 20, from NOON to 6:00pm at Starfire Sports, just inside
the main entrance. Packet pick-up is also available on race day near the Race Start
at the intersection of Baker Blvd. and Christensen Road.
Parking available at Westfield Southcenter in the Cascade Garage, Odin Brewing and Hotel Interurban in Tukwila. Carpooling, ridesharing, and public transportation is encouraged.
